Returns & Cancellation Policy

  1. General Policy

You can cancel a service purchased within 7 days as long as service has not commenced (no application submitted, no counselling scheduled).

  1. Non-Cancellable Items
  • Services already started or completed
  • Third-party costs (university/visa fees)
  • Personalized or time-sensitive services (e.g. SOP editing)
  1. For Shop Services

If purchased directly through educationoverseas.services/shop cancellation is possible within 24 hours only if no further work on the service has commenced. After we have scheduled sessions together or reviewed your documents we will not entertain any cancellations

To cancel, email educationoverseas.services@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Full Refund: Cancelled within 24–48 hours before service starts
  • Partial Refund: Work has begun but not completed (fees will be prorated)
  • No Refund: Work completed or cancellation request beyond 7 days
  1. Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  1. Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days:

  • Check your bank or card provider
